Most common dependencies?

    So I downloaded a lot, and it had no info on what dependency I need to be able to see the lot in the game, and all I see is a brown box with a tag on it in place of the actual lot I downloaded. It is a railroad signal you normally see on railroads just outside of a road/railroad intersection.
