I'll share you my story..We all know City Life right??? As I begin to find out when I got my new PC recently (windows Vista).. I decided to install it and play it.. Couldn't play it, been getting weird Errors and the Admin thing was on. After finding information to turn it off doing that part and restarting.. GUESS WHAT! In the bottom "Your drivers blocked due to starforce!" Look everywhere in the computer and no luck! The next I found this called Boycott starforce and help me got rid of it! At least I'm still ticked I got ripped off thought.

Here is the page link! An let me tell you This can really Damage your computer!

hat is the point of piracy control like this? it only keeps the paying customers away. it's just as pointless (or maybe not) as the "you wouldn't steal a car....so why should you steal a movie" ads at the beginning of all the DVDs...it's not like pirates watch legal DVDs anyway so the anti-piracy propaganda isn't even reaching their target audience.

Dio, what le_pirate's saying is that Monte Cristo removed the Starforce copy protection and used a different method.

I hate Starforce because it somehow causes problems with ring 0 (there are 3 'rings' in the Registry [0,1,2] and the ring level controls the level of access to critical system files. Ring 0 is basically unlimited access.) in the Windows registry and makes the system vulnerable to hackers.
