Yeah, Building Architect, sorry cos' I'm used to 'BA Plus' on SC3000. Where do I download it? it runs alongside SC4 Right?

It is called the Building Architect Tool, it can be downloaded from simcity.com or simcities.com

Please understand that the BAT is just a plug for Gmax, a simplified version of the award winning 3dsmax studion. First you will need the Gmax from http://www.turbosquid.com/gmax/ and then you will need to install the BAT.

Leoz:  Basically, you have to learn 3D modeling and apply it.  This is a tool for people who want to make their own buildings, props, and textures.

The BAT is a gamepack for gmax and it has a rather long, deep learning curve.  You might find a glance through the Essentials Tutorial will give you the flavor of what this is about.

If you decide you want to try it, PM me, and I'll give you a guide to installing it.

I downloaded Gmax from Turbo Squid, now all I have to do is download the BAT. I'm good at drawing and virtual drawing. It should be no problem!

Not really, because it depends on the game's parameters.  You can use gmax on its own though.
