Best MT system?

I'm starting a new city, one I plan to be big. So, essentially what would be the best form of MT network for a big city? Also, is GLR worth building?

If used properly it would be worth while to incorporate them all. Unfortunately, with some of my cities, b4 adding NAM and other plugins to my cities.. I've created such a mess. Unfinished projects, massive road construction, economic upheaval whereas I lost 40k ppl in just one town alone... and forgot to back it all up in the process. My Largest and First ever SC4 City: Eastlake is in its 100th year, I've been working on it Off-an-on for nearly 3 years, is almost destroyed, and not by Nature. So your best bet Map out what you want to do, and keep an open mind on the changes you want to do later.
