Problems with unzipping plugins

Hey, can somebody help me that's what all people want, ain't it?

but to the point, I recently discovered the cool possibilities of the STEX. I have downloaded a lot of stuff but I have trouble unzipping some files.

when I rightclicked at the zipfile and chose "unzip here" I got an error message. The message was: "unknown file format" or "the file may be damaged" or "zipfile ends unexpectedly" (or something like it, I am dutch so I got a dutch message)

the following STEX downloaded files won't unzip using winrar:

- Airport1.3
- BaST V3
- BLaM Tornado Tower CO$$$ Ploppable
- NDEX_ITS_Fox_Plaza

and very suprising:
- NetworkAddonMod_Essentials_June_2007
- NetworkAddonMod_Original_GLR_Track_Textures

Other NAM files didn't cause any trouble unzipping and installing and also other STEX Lots were no problem

Anyway, in a hopefully helpful answer to your problem, it may be that 1) the file was packaged using either an older or newer (I forget which) version of WinZip that uses a special algorithm to get maximum compression. This doesn't sit well with Winrar and comes up as an error and consequently makes the file unreadable by Winrar. Try using WinZip to unpack the files.

Or, 2) the file(s) is in fact corrupt. This may be due to any number of reasons, but the file is corrupt none the less and therefore unreadable by any application. Try re-downloading the file(s) and use WinZip to unpack them.

I have 7-ZIP and it will not work! I think it is the same problem, becouse it sais somthing like "archive not supportede"
