Altering from a growable to a ploppable

I've just downloaded some old gascooker models (specifically Marks&Spencer and B&Q) and they are only growables, I want them to be ploppables.
Surely a few 'tweaks' to the files is all that is required.
I've also downloaded SC4Tool Patch 2.? and iLive's LEProp 1.62 and I'm pretty sure that between the two programs I should be able to make the files appear as either functioning landmarks or rewards.  I've tried various different building occupant groups in LEProp and all sorts in SC4 Tool to no avail.

This must be a relatively straight forward lot creation technique so someone must be able to help.

Thanks for that, can't believe I couldnt find that tut, I wasn't exactly sure about it being a BAT problem or whether I could do it with SC4Tool or iLive tools, now I know and I can't wait to create hundreds more!
