Where are these buildings?

I downloaded the buildings listed but I can't find them in my landmarks menu and I have the buildingplop modd but they aren't in there either (at least I can't find them)

Harbour View Plaza

Better Times Square

Landry Enterprises

The Summit

Comcast Cable Tower

Evertson Tower

Wang Chau Public Estates

Nightingale Estate Towers

I have all the necessary dependencies.  Any ideas on how I can get them into my city?

They arent Ploppables. They are growables.

with the buildingplop modd I can put alot of growable buildings into my city - any idea why these wouldn't work?

No, but that mod is a bad idea anyway.  It just clutters up the menus for the game, and makes too much micro management for me.
