Questions about plugin

Can I alos get plugins to work if if put downloads into the "C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Plugins" directory? 'Cause I dont have a SC4 folder in MyDocuments (probably because I got Vista).

Well most of them should theoretically work. There may be a few issues with load order (programs plugins folder loads first). I'm not sure what the installers would make of it if there was no My documents folder.

But there has to be a My Documents folder or similar somewhere. After all, where is it putting your region files and saved cities?

Looks like it puts all the save files in the directory I gave above. The My Documents folder in Vista is called "User".
