Pre-Plugin Feature??

    I was toying with an old region, creating a new city. I created this region before I got any plugins. When building the city I noticed with just about any tool, when used, would have a small grid around it. Also the city landscape would usually not have a grid on it. In a newer region created after I got the NAM and other plugins, the city land ALWAYS has a grid on it. Is there a setting or plugin that makes grids display all the time?

    The G-key toggles the grid on or off.  The grid shows locally as a guide when it is off.

    theres something in the options i know for the region to turn of city boundry grids, but im not sure for cities, ill search up on ti and then ill post a link
