how can i do to know what is the best work for my sims? how to know what are they looking for?

there is a demand figure next to your population and money information. the more the demand the more they want it. all demands are devited into sub kathegories ($ $$ $$$). in general your sims want industry or commercial. use the figure to get to know what they are exactly looking for and zone commercial or industry. it will develop the way they want it.

demand graphs tell you what your sims want, usually when you put more homes in the industry and commercial bar goes up indacating mroe jobs are needed
