Ploppables and Growables - How do I?

Hello!

I recently downloaded the residential pack for Japanese low density residential. I can't seem to make them grow. I can only plop them as parks/recreation, and obviously, this makes them count for 0 population. I was just wondering how I would go about making them grow able like normal housing? I already asked this in the chat room, but nobody answered me .

you cant make a plopable grownable unless you edited the file, you would need to download a grownable one that cnat be ploped but shows up when you zone abd the conditions for it are right

The real answer is to convert them to growables by using the SC4Tool.  As long as they are ploppables, they won't do anything for your game except be pretty.
