Suburban Housing modd?

The suburban Housing modd, if I remember correctly it replaces the maxxis R$$ houses for lot size 2x1 and 3x1 (maybe?) with more realistic looking suburban bats that have detached garages and little driveways? I believe it also lowered the population for each building to like 5 or 10 instead of the higher numbers of the maxxis buildings. I've seen these models in numerous pictures from '04 and '05 and I know had the mod at some point but I remember that the dependencies weren't listed and the models did not show up right in my game.  I cannot find it under the modd or STEX sections..has it been removed?

So, does anyone know what I'm talking about, and better yet, know what the dependencies are to make things show up right? I really want to use it if I can find all the pieces.

There seem to be several housing mods on the STEX.  Search with a key of Housing.

N_O_Body, thankyou for your suggestion, I feel like a dope...I had the name wrong. I remembered it being the "SUB"urban housing mod, but it is called URBAN housing mod, so my searches using "suburban housing" or just "suburban" weren't turning up anything. Anyway, I found it and the dependecy was linked to in the comments section, so all's well.
