    I'm working in an effect editor for simcity, and I've made this little CMD utility just to help transit modders, it will create a working binary file for data entry in Reader.

    -the program will ask you for your model IIDs and both effect names, the normal and the _red ones

    -Automatic translation of the name characters into an ASCII string

    -Placing of the model's IID

    -It outputs an .eff file called "template" which is readable by notepad and ready for data entry

    -you'll only waste 10 seconds of your precious time 9.gif

    When I'll have finished the main version, I'll give a GTK GUI to the program
