What Patches Do I Need?

    I just got the game a few weeks ago. I've read that there have been 3 patched released for Sim City 4 since its release. The version I got was the Sim CIty 4 Deluxe edition which included the Rush Hour expansion. What patches do I need and where can I find them? Thanks
