Is there a file or utility that breaks down the number of jobs at each wealth level that each building provides? I'm sure I saw something about it on here but cannot find it again.

The number of jobs provided (the workforce demand) is also called Census Drives, and can be found in certain RCI exemplars in simcity_1.dat:

I-M     50% R§    45% R§§     5% R§§§

I-H     10% R§    80% R§§    10% R§§§

CS§    100% R§

CS§§    68% R§    27% R§§     5% R§§§

CS§§§   62% R§    30% R§§     8% R§§§

CO§§    40% R§    50% R§§    10% R§§§

CO§§§   20% R§    65% R§§    15% R§§§

Thank You, RippleJet! I've been looking all over for that chart! I had it for the longest time, then lost it and had no idea where I got it from. Searched all over but no luck. You saved the day again!

And congratulations on the MOTM award! Definitely well deserved. Your assistance to everyone here is outstanding, in terms of both quantity AND quality. A tip of the hat to you.

Thank you, Doc!

I decided, once and for all, to put these figures into a thread, so that you and everybody else can take a look at them without having to search for misplaced papers again. 3.gif

My thread Workforce and Occupation Demands (Drives) contains also the demand that goes the other way, ie. what kind of occupation is the population ready to accept (based on wealth and education).

OMG... I simply must comment. That kind of info is comparable to the Holy Grail! Where's that notepad? I'm copy-pasting the whole shebang! The community thanks you, RippleJet.

Many thinks, Ripplejet.  I have saved that table into an HTML document and will do some more work on it so that it can be easily linked.
