cant find pegasus

    hi, i haveing problems with finding the new pegasus website, all the links i have found always bring me through to jphayden which has an error on it, i also cant seem to be able to find bsc essentials and mega texture files by bsc, again all i can find is an message sayaing that the file has been locked or undergoing update, does anyone else have the same problem?? i only asking because i lost all my sims stuff when my pc crashed
