    I cant get the BAT! I tried the SIm City website but couldn't register. Could someone send me a download link for the BAT and LE (lot Editor)?

    You can find both of these programs over at my site ... www.simcities.com ... you will need to register with the site, but you won't need you game serial number. Once registered simply follow the Downloads link and there they are!
