NYC bus stops?

I noticed this NYC bus stop that´s available on STEX attracts commercial office $$$. Other bus stops doesn't does this, why this one? It only has capacity of 1000 so it merely is even a good choise for commercial office $$$ districts. Not to mention it attracts CO$$$ to wrong areas. These other things in the game that are suppose to attract CO$$$ no need for a bus stop to do this.

I was looking the values with Ilivereader but as I dont know much about it, I only raised the capacity to 1500.

It seems that the other stop, the modern one, which has capacity of 1500, doesn't attract any CO$$$. How could the attraction of CO$$$ be modified away?

though im not sure does it attract CO$$$ after all. And i didnt get the capacity raised with iLive reader. Are any tutorials for iLive or other lot modding appz?

I looked up all 3 stops in the set in SC4Tool, and all 3 have the same stats. They do create jobs, but they don't create a huge amount of demand (according to what I'm seeing).

I've used that bus stop before, and it didn't attract CO$$$, so it might be something else that you're plopping or the area where CO$$$ is growing is just a suitable place.
