Avg Commute Time

What is your average commute time in your city? My central city (New Haven) had an avg commute time of 55 minutes. Is that good, if not then what are your's and what are good times. please and thank you!

Trimblelina City, one of my most disorganized and largest cities (477,000), actually has a miraculously short commute time of 25 minutes.

My coastal town of 11,000 on about 1/9 of a large tile has a time of about 85, but most jobs are in the next town which is connected by a ground highway.

HI...my city "Ridgewood" has a population of 165,000 and a commute time of 65 minutes. Many residents keep abandoning buildings complaining about it being too long.

also see that in my cities in real life people commute half way across wat equals a region in sim city. in the game the commute time is unrealistic and someoneshould make a mod to change it.

I find it's not a problem until the commute time is more than 100-120 minutes. I don't worry about commute times too much myself just as long as they don't get too long. It's more important to worry about congestion which causes pollution and high traffic noise in sensitive residential areas.

I have 45 minutes now... I'll be happy when it's somewhere about 20-30 minutes. I'll do anything to cut down commute time.

I use the NAM and the traffic cop to solute the problem and the unrealism.

Exactly thus,i have problems with the commute time(on realistic).

I have a small work solution:Residential,comerce and industry can work on mix zones.

The alternative transport work too.

Are there any other solutioins?
