New Florida

Welcome Everyone,

I am starting a whole new region that I think will be cool as it comes out. Since I like how cities develop, I will try it here.

The region of New Florida, is kind of based off of Florida, but don't expect recreation of real cities here.

We are going to start off with Georgetown, which has the land area to become one of the largest cities in the region. The Orlando Developers Group bought this mess of land years ago in hopes developing it and now the time is right. Since Interstate 75 was already in the area they knew it would not be hard to develop a new city. 

Since the pictures are going to tell a lot of stories here they are (I will fill information in as required to make things complete):













These are not all of the pictures that I have as I am trying to break each update where it is just a mess of pics at once. I want everyone to enjoy the detail that I am using and have them hang on for more. Hopefully the pics will explain a lot, but if you have any questions just ask and I will answer them. Thanks.

UPDATE #1 (3/24/2007) More Developement In The Southlands: 

First, thanks for all of the wonderful comments.

Today I am bring you Update #1. 

Before I begin posting new pictures, I went to mention I use a variety of BATs, Modds and a few cheats. So with that said on to Update #1.



















This I hope leaves you hanging on for more. I will try to update as often as I can (as long as I don't have something major due at school, which that comes first), but hopefully I will have one more update before the weekend is out. Later.

It's nice, also its got a lot of style!! I REALLY LIKE IT A LOT, but the questions is, is this city going to be always small or are u planning on turn it into a huge metropolis???

The city seems awesome. I can't wait for more of it alll. It seems like you got a pretty good concept going there. I think what your coming up with will be a major sucess. People might go to New Florida like plain Florida. Who knows? A theme park might even come! (That's could actually be a good BAT concept- a theme park. Probably already done but, you know. It might not.)

Hey, looks nice and realistic! Very detailed too! But I have a question, is this CJ going to be Florida style, no? So is going to be a lot of water, some beaches, forests and a tropical climate as I imagine southern Florida. Or is this journal near Tallahassee or Jacksonville? I would like to know! THanks and good job!

CLOSED.....

Right now time is killing me.....been sick for a couple of days and life is crazy for me and everytime I think I can do a CJ something always throws me off.....hopefully this summer I can do one since I won;t have to worry about school or some other crap. Well summer starts in about 3 weeks (April 19) so I will be back soon after that. Thanks.
