darn mini low wealth houses

i have this problem with my low wealth houses every time  they grow they grow extra small not the same size as normal low wealth houses medium and high wealth are all fine its just the low wealth i have reinstalled the game and still nothing

It's not a bug in the game, that house is part of the tileset. If you want to change that, you can click the upper-right button in the Mayor menu (the buttons next to your budget and RCI demand graph), and then the arrow on the upper-left corner of that. There are 4 tilesets. I believe that's the Small Modular House, but I don't know which tileset it's in, so you might have to do combinations to get rid of it.
