    When i set up my passenger rail system in my citythere were no trains goin or anything, just that lil green lil thing check the rail. how do i make it work?

    If you dont have the Rush Hour, you MUST build a network to the edge of the region to make it work; of course you have to connect each city with a rail to each other.

    i have the deluxe edition and built one that goes around the perimeter of a town , not connected to anywhere else.
