Promblem with Maxis official site!

I cannot find the Building as props download on the Maxis site.  I have read many topics on here and follow the instructions I have gathered from Simtropolis users. I just cannot find this critical down load on simcity.ea.com. Any help would be appreciated.

Also  is there a list of anything else I need to download if I want to play with props and buildings from the STEX

Hi all

I have a problem with the SC4 website.

I can’t access the parts that require product registration. I have a legal copy of the game which I bought new something over 2 years ago. I’ve never played much till recently but now seem to have got the bug for it.

When I login to the EA site I am continually told to register my game, which I think I did two and half years ago, mainly because if I try to register the game it tells me that it is already registered!

So either someone else has registered my serial number.

Or I registered it and have somehow created 2 accounts, and forgotten about it in the mean time, the one that I have forgotten about being product registered.

Or EA are at faulty somewhere (most probably).

The annoying thing is that I can’t get a reply to emails out of EA, does anyone have an email for someone at EA who actually responds?

Whatever the case is I feel unjustly treated by EA (why don’t these people reply!!!????) as I do have my full copy of SC4 Which I paid good money for and therefore a right to access to the web content.

Help or suggestions please.

By the way this site is great, I hope to be contributing with much more than pleas for help in the near future.
