Roads not appearing!

Hey people I have a little problem. Its not big but it bugs me. In my SC4 Game I downloaded the Euro Style Grand Railroad (search Euro Style on STEX) and it is missing road where it should be. I mean that it has grass over top of the road. It is UDI compatible the roads wont show up. i have the same issue with a UDI hospital i downloaded.

If I'm seeing it right, it looks like you need some depedencies.

where would i get them?

In the .zip file that the building came in, there's probably a .txt or .htm file, which will list the dependencies. The .txt or .htm file may be in the plugins folder.
