STEX Collections Question

If I get volume one and volume two, will I just be getting the same stuff?  Or does their content differ?  

Also, are these worth it?

Volume One and two are different and it is not the same, and believe me they are worth it, becuase they all have been carefully selected and besides you do a great favour to help keep this site alive and well.

Yup...You get a lot of content for the price...besides as I understand it there are a bunch of gems in Vol1 that are probably no longer on the STEX.

Ok, so the last collection was for the best of 2005, is there gonna be one for 2006? and when would it be released? Im thinking of buying the first two collections, but if another one is gonna be released soon, ill wait for that then get them all at once.

I don't think either of them have been a "best of" for a particular year.  I think that they are compilations of the best of the STEX at the time, so they will have different stuff.

I have a Question. I just recieved my disc, and only Vol. 2 works properly. When I put in Vol. 1, nothing appears on screen. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Yeah, go to My Computer and double-click on whatever drive you put the disk in.

Hey im pretty new to this, but im really interested in the STEX collections - got 2 questions:

1) What is actually in the collections - i mean how do they improve the game?

2) Im in the UK, will they still work on my game/PC? I dont mind paying extra for them to get shipped over here, but only if they work!

In answer to your questions...

1). The collections are compilations of content that is on the STEX at the time that the disc is made. Basically, it's some of the best of the stuff on the STEX, but all on a disc, which makes it easier to manage.

2). Yeah, they'll still work. On top of that, Dirk will ship them anywhere that mail can get to, or so that's what he strives for.

3). Whatever is more convenient for you.

You'll enjoy them for sure.
