The Radical Ordinace Mod is not working!

    OK, I read the readme and everyrhing, I unzipped it and put it in my plug in folder. Yet, there is not any difference in my demand, any demand. Please help!!

    Hi,

    They are ordinances, and they have to be enacted first. If your city is new, build a few tiles of residential and run it for a month or two for the ordinances to appear. The radical ordinances are in the Budget menu.
