I can understand that your new, but this forum does have rules. Please don't break them.

Don't make a title in all caps, and definitely don't make more than one thread for the same topic.

Anyway, that is the stack interchange included in the NAM, or Network Addon Modd. Just download it from the Modds and Downloads section of the site, install it, go to the read me file, and READ IT! It goes into detail on exactly what needs to be done, and it will answer all of your questions.
