I hope this is the right place to put this.... I'm relatively new to this forum! My problem:

I've got a nice medium-sized city, 550,000+ residents. I've had a relatively healthy CO$$$ and R$$$ due to tax cuts  (CO$$$ has practically 0% tax rate). Everything was working well, but all of a sudden, the demand for these two areas plummeted. I've got abandoned buildings and everything. Can anyone tell me if I'm overlooking something? Thanks!

Either you have too many R§§§, or they have aged out (over 65) and moved to Florida.

The important thing is that you made it very attractive for R§§§ so you now have a swarm of them, and there cannot be enough jobs for them,so they move out.  Remember, even in a Co§§§. most of the jobs will be for lower levels.  R§§§ are the chiefs, and you have to have more warriors than chiefs.  If you have over 25% R§§§ it is time to chase the excess away with higher taxes.
