Possible Map-Rendering Help for those with Wireless Keyboards

I'm posting this more to inform everyone about a possible solution to a problem, rather than to ask for help.  The problem I'm referring to is the Ctrl-Alt-Shift-R hotkey not working while in the region view.  In addition to myself, I found one other person on another site that had the same problem.  This is obviously serious because you can't render a map without that hotkey.

The only common link between us was that we both had wireless keyboards, so I swapped out my keyboard for a wired one.  Lo and behold, the hotkey worked just fine.  It's a really strange problem, as I've never had a problem using a wireless keyboard with any other application.  If any of you have an idea as to why wireless keyboards might have this problem, I'd like to hear it.

I know this issue is rather obscure, but I still figured I'd post it just in case anyone else has the problem.

Hi,

most wireless keyboards have a hub that attaches to the PC's USB hub. Try and make sure the receiver is visible and close to the keyboard. Try and remove obstacles that might block the keyboard from operating properly.

Note that some keyboards may not support four keys being pressed together.
