Move "SimCity 4"

Can the folder be moved?  Specifically I want to move the Regions folder moved to a shared network drive to play a region with someone.

In a word, no.  The system is hard coded to look for that location.

You can move your whole My Documents folder, but I don't think you'll get away with moving it to a server drive.

if u move it from its original spot in which it was installed the game will give u a "cannot find file/or has been deleted" error. i tried this already for the excact same reason u are trying, basically to share a region with someone. just like NOB said its hard coded and cannot be moved. i wish it could though b/c that would make for some interesting regions.

Then I guess I just have to sync it with a batch file or something.  xcopy /d /s /q /h /r /y should work.
