Mouse disappearing...

The answer might be somewhere in these forums but the search is not working. 

After a while of play, the mouse disappears from the screen. I am able to exit the game by moving the mouse until I can see it highlighting the buttons to exit. 

Any ideas or fixes for this out there?

Hi,

Some graphics cards do not support colour cursors. To switch to black and white cursors, go to the Graphic Options menu and uncheck 'Colour/Color Cursor' (Depending on the game locale). Click accept and restart the game.

this is interesting caus mine does that sometimes and thats with colour curser unticked so do you think i should tick it,also the mose is leaving images of itself,and i have a freezing problem

Jacky, that's a redrawing problem with the graphics.  What graphics card are you running, and how much memory (RAM and Virtual)  do you have?

i have a nividia FX 5950 deluxe 256 mb and 512 ram and virtual memory is 1024 min and max the same

Jacky, if your card has optional features such as anti-aliasing, be sure to set them all to 'application selected'.

I suggest you increase your VM to 1536 initial and max at least.  If you have the disk space set the whole works to the maximum (4096).

thanks i will try it at your first amount first,i have 2 hardrives i use one to just put all my things on films,music ect and the other for net and games
