How can I get lights to show up at night on custom muildings?

I am using Simcity 4 Deluxe edition and i have dowloaded an array of builings, even have gotten the dependacy packeges, but I can't get the lights to show up on ANY dowloaded buildings.

Can any one help me plz?

Do you have the SC4 Update from Simcity.com? You also need the BAT Update thingy.

Does anyone know where you can get the B.A.T update from besides the official website? When I registered Years back in 2003 and gave my serial numbers I did not get an activation email, therefore I cannot activate my account, when I try and register from new, It wont accept my serial numbers as I have gave them previosly! This is really annoying because I have purchased Sim City 4 and Rush Hour and theres no way around it that I can think off.

I probably dint receieve the email due to having a junk mail filter. I only need the BAT Update ive managed to download the lot editor and ive downloaded the gmax trail period program from discreet.com. I would appreciate any help on this matter if possible, I dont fancy having to spend £30 on a new copy.

You can download it via p2p-networks like eDonkey, BitTorrent and others.

I found this file in eDonkey network, because I also don't have subscription at the SimCity.com.

Jeez, people! Don't forget that P2P nets are also a good place to catch a virus or a trojan horse... why don't you simply stick to the site set up by ST moderator zelgadis, which is perfectly legal and has been put up in accordance with EA? Here's the link:

I agree with T Wrecks.

Besides that if you bought SC4 vanilla and Rush hour separately you can register with both serial numbers. My SC4 vanilla serial wasn't accepted but later I registered with Rush hour.
