Missing Buildings

Hello...I'm new playin sim city and I have downloaded many great bat's however I am missing buildings on several lots including some very popular ones like victorys Academy Awards Theatre and sim goobers grain tower freight station and lospantalones high school....I have downloaded every mac formated prop and pack I could find, where can I find these buildings.

Help me obie wan simnobie, your my only help

most likely your missing dependancies other files you may have to download to make the building work properly) two main catigories A: Props  B: Textures

 

check the zip files for a readme file, if it has 1 (which it should) it should list any and all depemdancies you may need to get the bats working

 

though no readme doesn't mean it's a bad file (just not a good sign), you could pm the maker or search through the threads

 

(ps simgoober is part of the BSC, they have their own section on the forums...might wanna try posting there...they pretty good at helping ppl out, just not ussually outside the those forums

To add to what Tolomar, you may need the infamous bldgprop.dat files, 1 and 2, links to which can be found in the Mac forum with a quick search.

Might want to read some of the BSC Mac Archive thread, there is some pretty detailed instructions in there, even though they are for different BATs/Lots, they may give you some good general info (sorry for tooting my own horn).

If you still have questions, post them here, be specific though, can't help without specifics.

Thank you for the information, I always read all the Read Me's and download all textures and props needed, I thought it might be the infamous bldgprop.dat files, 1 and 2 from those mac hatin commies I will look for the props in the forum. Thanks Again. JPJ
