install region help

I downloaded a region called St. Johns from this site and put it in the correct folder, however i can not import it into my game. Please help!! I need step by step instructions...

how do i open the new region?

On the region screen, you should see a picture like this:

If you click on the picture of the folder, a list of regions should appear and if you click on the region you want to open in the list, a flat region will load. Then after the flat region appears, follow the step by step instructions from Step 6.
