Lower left hand  quarter is low den, people above that is partial med and high den indy,

on the middle island is rich people ville high den rez, homes and schools

lower right hand quarter is middle den rez and low den  commercails how do you like it? its still growing

i might be harsh but i give it a 3 the big buildings with their retaining walls are ugh, sorry. . .

how do i embedd an image into a post i make instead of giving you all a link, and thank you for your cridisism i will put more thought into my citys in the future

digsafe: Gotta agree with the others on this. A 5/10 from me for good effort.

You could try using some real-life cities for inspiration.

Not necessarily a terribly large one, but just a small one to get a hang of road-layouts and things like that.

I'll give you a 4/10. The commerce zones in your lower right island don't look really realistic and i think you just zoned big pieces of commmerce/res zones. Not much planning, so 4/10
