Lot's 0n 1x2 & 1x3 tiles

I am here to tell people what you thing mickbears miterranean lot's are good but i here to say i wish they were made on to to 1x2 and 1x3 tiles too. can some tell me why they were not made please.

I expect smaller lots may be on the way.

Failing that, you can always create them yourself - the tools and knowledge are commonly available.

There are 36 lots in the growable residentials in sizes ranging from 1x1 to 8x8. Mickebear wanted people to be able to get the look of a Mediterranean city without Maxis lots and other custom lots growing in between as to date no one has been able to make a new tileset. As ACE said, get Lot Editor out and make them yourself. The buildings are all in the prop packs and are free for anyone to use.

And there Hydra, is the answer to your question.

Making such beautiful BATS and lots is very time consuming. A lot of people put months of work into this project, just to produce the ones you have seen so far. Some of the time it is difficult, frustrating or just plain tedious. 

BSC BATS and lots may take many weeks to get through the production process. The BATS are built, textured, critiqued and refined.

Then a lot needs to be built that compliments the BAT and in itself is a work of art (no point putting a great BAT on a poor quality lot). The lot and BAT have to be modded to give their unique features and are then tested thoroughly, often being adjusted or rebuilt several times.

Sometimes new methods need to be developed and tested to make sure the creation works the way the creator envisaged.

Then the products need to be packaged, which is often as time consuming as making the lot. Then the package needs to be tested to make sure it will work properly.

The final package is a product of teamwork. No-one is an expert in the whole process (ok a very few may be, but their time is limited) but mostly different people are be needed to complete each stage.

All in all, a great deal of effort is put into BSC creations, which is why there may not be as many as you would like. But I think quality is preferable to quantity.

I don't think anyone has ever created such a large and completely original tile set. It is a great acheivement and all involved deserve congratulations and thanks.

As Barby mentioned, all the BATs and props are released in prop packs. One of the advantages of prop packs is that these props are then available for anyone to use in their own creations. So please feel free to use them, as that is what they were intended for.
