Dirty Looking Buildings

Hey Guys, My buildings are becoming ditry and losing a $ or somtimes $$ i have a nice looking city with large residential but its looking bad now. The commute is between 60 and 70 but on most buildings everything is good except commute is LONG. Traffice noise is normally medium.

you can download the mod which prevents dilapidation. also if you are using NAM, make sure you read the readme and trim all the unnecessary files from it.

probably they live in a high polluted area, make sure the pollution dissapear with parks and green zones around your neighbourhood,
