radical ordiance change if possible

    is it possible to change the radical ordiance a little. i would like to increase the demand of all residential commercial and industrial indipendently and make commute time so that it can travel to one side of the region to to the other without the buildings becoming destressed because when i build a city i have at least 100,000 commercial jobs and the high wealth residential builds and the no job zot comes up but there are towering skyscrapers with thousends of jobs right next to the high welth residents and the towers are all high wealth commercial office and quite a lot of high welth services as well if someone could make this mod if possible. i hope it is not to much stress or time wasting to do it. i hope to hear from someone soon please oooooppppp
