From the fact that you can donate 45$ to get both volumes i deduce with my laser-sharp mind, that vol. 1 isn't included on the DVD?

And if this is the case, do i need the files (depencies) from it? I know that i could download them here but this would spoil the idea of the DVD.

Sorry to divert the topic of this thread a bit, but I didn't want to start another one just for this question.

Has anyone recieved their copy yet? As of today I have recieved neither the original first batch copy of the replacement that is supposed to be coming out. Anybody had a similar experience?

Is there some kind of page where we could check our account/order status?

i am sure you will recieve them it takes time and depends on where you live how long it takes to reach you
