Demand vs Unreconciled Cities.

    If your cities are not reconciled, does it effect the demand between the cities?

    Not as far as I can tell. There may be obvious transportation issues if one city with land abuts a body of water and you try to connect a road on one side. (Though I have done this and have seen the simps drive merrily into the abyss.)

    Yep. I just ran a test, and didn't see any decline. So reconciling just makes your cities look "neat", when viewing the region.
