Multiplied incomes?

I've got SC4 deluxe, and downloaded simoleon RH mod. Now, after i installed it, strange things started to happen: When i start new city, i get 100.000.000 $ (yeah i now, that's the idea), but, in the cities i had before, the incomes have multiplied radically. For example, i started one city just before i got the mod, and it had about 500 R, 200 C and 100 I, and now i get over 20 000 a month incomes. I don't mind the cash, but i'm just wondering ***** is going on?
