i use all types of hiways. sunken to get from different areas e.g. commercial indurial ect, i use elevated for commercial use. rural for residential and ground for indurial, to me it is a good stratergy

i use ground highway mostly if i am not building it through a developed area and i don't upgrade it unless i have a railway or an avenue running underneath it but if i am running a highway through a developed area i use the elevated

I'm just now working with the "Sunken Rural Highway, Walls set" done by BuddyBud. It seems like a great tool, making the stock highway system look like some well done-up city might do. There are a few dependencies, but well worth it.
