Looking for high jobs CS$$

Due to the way that i build my city which is 1x3 med denisity followed by 1x3 high denisty and so on, i have grown a city of 230,000 + people.... problem is 80% of them are medium wealth residents and i cant fullfil the demand for CS$$ with the crappy SC stock buildings.

I downloaded a bat by XDesign which has 1599 CS$$ jobs but its not ploppable and it's very fussy where it grows. 

I have searched the STEX but with thousands of buildings to look through on dial up its frustrating.

So... anyone know of a decent CS$$ with over at least 1,000 jobs and that IS ploppable?
Any leads would make you my hero!

i believe there is a mod that allows u to plop any stock maxis building as many times as u please

i believe that includes $$CS buildings il try to get track it down for ya

or u could just expand to a neighboring city and let all ur $$CS buildings go there

Doesn't look too bad either that bat, a bit of variety to the skyline me thinks.

And yes i could move them all to a neigbouring city, have done it before but it doesn't fit my city design. I have a central CBD hub with arterial freeways funneling in all the suburban residents (NAM makes this work a treat). A huge commercial district on the edge of all this would look a bit out of place. I've gotten 5 of those XDesign bats to grow (5x1559= gives me 7995 jobs) but still falls short.

At the end of the day we all know SC4 is far from perfect anyways.....
