SimCity 4 Deluxe keeps crashing.

Well, I start the game and I get to the region. Then I load up my city, And it loads up the city, Pretty normal.

Then, I tried to load 3 of my newest cities and all of them, Load the city up, Then the cursor disappears, It goes black, And goes to desktop.

I highly doubt my computer is the problem because it's always been working. I've cleared out TONS of junk to make memory but that doesn't seem to help.

I have no idea what I should do, delete, but i am really pissed off because it took me months to finish those cities perfectly. I hope it's not corrupted

You say you are able to play other cities in the region?  If that is the case, you may have a plugin conflict.  I suggest you start moving plugins out to a folder away from the game taking the latest loaded first, and testing.  If you wind up with all your plugins out, and it still doesn't work, then you have probably corrupted these cities somehow.

For it to happen three times is most unlikely.  I am willing to bet that at least one of your plugins has been stepped on.  The question is which one?  What plugins are common among the three cities?  I hope there are not too many because you will have a horrendous task finding out and testing.

Heh, I'll just try to delete all of the Plugins I don't use and test it out. If it still broken, Then I'll move all the plugins. I'll try that right now, Thanks

WOOT!!! I just deleted ALL of my plugins and it loaded like fastest ever. Even though my city looks like crap now, I'm going to redownload the mods I do use, and organize them so I'm pretty happy Thanks for your help.
