Sku_Data Question

I would like to add some of the Functional Landmarks to my cities.  But, in order to do this I am  to remove all of the original downloaded landmarks from SimCity before putting the new ones into the plugins folder.  After I did the 1st part and I still had the living mall in one of me cities.  Upon further investigation I found The Living Mall Dat file in the Sku_Data\Sku1_US folder.  I remember reading somewhere in the forums something about to Sku_Data stuff and the games not working as intended.  What will hapen if I remove this Dat file from this folder and continue with the 2nd part and place all of them in the Plugins folder?  Doing this will leave the Sku_Data  folder empty!    BTW, I'm running SC4 Deluxe Edition.

I find it safer to leave it alone for now if you have no idea about how it works.

That's what I'm doing. So the question now is - How would you go about using the Functional Landmarks so they would have jobs there also? I mean all the others would have jobs, but not the Living Mall.
