Hogwarts Mini School...

One of my several hundred plugins clashed with the hogwarts mini school.  I know the hogwarts mini school isn't a realistically funtioning property to begin with but it was kind of cute.  Anyhow, whe i started up my game today none of the hogwarts mini schools appeared, (no brown boxes either as I believe the hogwarts mini school is a stand alone lot without dependencies).  However, my entire school district system is set to default at the lowest possible funding and no matter how many times i change it, it defaults to the minimum.  So I deleted the Hogwarts mini School *.sc4 lot file both from my documents plugin folder and from my backup on a different drive.  This did no good...  Yes, i restarted the game...  When I bring up the education funding menu, in place of the Hogwarts Mini School there is an Error listing for each and every one.  Since the city is populated with more than 500,000 people I don't really want to rebuild the city.  Is there a way that I can open the city's [.sc4] file and manually remove the error listing?  Or, better yet - has someone else had this problem with this or another lot and know of a fix for it?  This city has more than 30 schools and the funding is set to minimum on all of them...  elementary, high school, libraries, colleges - everything.  Please help!

Your best bet is to put the plugin back in your plugins folder, open your city, and bulldoze each of them.  You can then delete the plugin.

One of the most common errors is deleting a plugin when iinstances of it exist in your game.  This usually wrecks the city irretrievably.
