The Community may notice a few distinct changes here and there and that comes from the energy and brainpower of the frontlines staff.

As a reminder I also want to encourage the Membership as a whole that if they have problems with ST or staff members in whatever fashion to feel free to use the p.m.'s.  
(Be reasonable about it: ie, target the right people, don't be mean, don't spam, give enough time for reply, and make allowances for R.L.)
