ground texture looks weird

i don't know ho to call it, but anyway, i'm making a new region. but when i'm starting on a new city tile, the ground texture looks different then all the other ones. this is pretty annoying22.gif

here are some pictures of it. ( took pictures from a different region to, where i have the same problem)

 

can this problem be fixed????

You haven't saved the cities with new ground textures. Open them, save it and go to the region. Do it again for the others concerned. Enjoy the community.

    what do you mean with saved the cities. load the city tile and then save it???? if that''s so, iv'e done that, it's a region i'm just maing of my own. or do you mean by starting a city there. and then save it, instead of staying in the god-mode.i haven't done that with the others.only the one were the ground lokes different

    You can save a city regardless of any mode you are in. Try it!

    i know that. but i saved all of it. else i wouldn't have the rivers and the desert, just the grass

    Make sure you dont have the transport view enablen in the regional view ;-D

    You are using Cycledogg terrrain mod. The textures look different dependeing on the game´s year time. So if you saved a city in January, another in March, another in June and another in October, each one will look slightly different from the other ones. The mod works this way 2.gif

    Also make sure you have only one terrain mod installed. The browned textures could be caused by this ( having more than one terrain mod installed).

    the cycledog terrain modd was from another region, i'm not working onj that one anymore. so i deleted that modd, and now have the desert modd. but i don't know if it has the same as that one from cycledog, that the texture will change from time to time.

    it works. i just wait for the city tile to reach the same date as the other ones. and it looks all the same. never knew this before. thanx a lot!!!
