Amsterdam Buidlings

The Amsterdam buildings of Vanderaap are beautifull. But they don't work in my game, though they don't need dependencies or something like that. What I do need to let them work in the game?

I also have the same problem with this fences.

Most downloads require Sim City 4 + Rush Hour or Sim City 4 Deluxe to work. With Vanderaap's buildings, I noticed some of them are Growables which mean you have to zone some residential, commercial or industrial zones and wait for them to appear. With the Wire Fences, I noticed it is a prop which are mainly used for people to use on their own custom lots, I'm not too sure whether you can use them alone in game.
