Increase Occupancy?

    Is there a way to increase the occupancy of a residentual building using SimTool?  For example, (a §§§ Residentual house) actually houses like 12 people, is there a way to increase this number to say, 100?  =)  

    I'm just playing around with certain aspects of the game at this point and would appreciate any advice, thanks!

    Yes, actually there is. In the Lot Editing tool in SC4 Tool, I think there is something called "Occupant Size" or "Occupants Satisfied", try and find this and you can change the occupancy to anything you want (within reasonable numbers). Remeber you can also change the number of jobs commercial and industrial lots generate.
